The Race For the Cure took route along Lakeside Street today! The Chakra House set up a table with pink balloons for support. For today only, we are donating 15% of all boutique sales to Breast Cancer Research. So come on in and stock up on candles, essential oils, crystals, CDs, etc.


We were right next to the volunteers who passed out water, and after the 3rd person that didn't get water in time I started passing it out too. Everyone was so grateful!



The coolest thing I noticed is that all (and I mean ALL) the kids that were participating we very concerned with the amount of 'liter' that was on the ground because of the race...all the cups of water that is. Well, don't worry kids! The volunteers (and my husband David) cleaned up the mess in no time!
