Energy Work Sessions - $85/hr
Everything is made out of energy, and therefore EVERYTHING can shift! There is no reason that you should feel drained, stressed, anxious, shameful, stuck or unmotivated. It's incredibly important to take care of our energy systems so we can release energy that we absorb, maintain boundaries, remember our purpose, and evolve through the lessons that are presented.
Types of Sessions
The Chakra House offers 1 hour or 2 hour in-person, phone or email sessions to accomplish a variety of energetic goals toward wholeness.
In-Person Sessions are limited in availability. Email sessions are just as fabulous!
All sessions begin with a brief discussion of your present physical, emotional, mental, relational and spiritual issues. We will then decide together which direction to take the session. Here are some of the directions we could go:
Chakra Balancing & Tune ups
By seeing, hearing and feeling your energy, Tina will release, protect, expand, balance, and create a connection to your energetic purpose if needed. Your unique intuitive gifts will be discussed as well.
Past, Current or Future Life Regression
Sometimes the root of an issue lies deep within your unconscious, out of your present mind at this moment. That information and energy is still there, and it may be affecting you today. Whether the issue happened in your childhood or in a past life, a regression session can help you uncover the tightly held emotions, beliefs and physical symptoms related to those past events.

Energywork Training
If you are interested in learning the techniques used in The Chakra 
House Chakra Healings, you can meet with Tina individually. The program will be tailored to your interests and will include techniques to release old and unproductive energy from your system, adjust the flow of your energy, clear out the layers of your aura, open and close your chakras, access different types of energy depending on your needs, manifest your desires and read the energy of relationships, decisions, diseases and more.
These healing techniques as well as others can also be learned in a classroom setting with our certification courses as well.

Intuitive Counseling
Weekly 1 hour sessions that use any of the energy methods listed above until your wholeness goals have been met.

About Tina
Tina Bensman, a Madison Intuitive Counselor and Energy Healer, is a lifelong student of the paranormal. She had her first clairvoyant vision at a young age and continues to see, feel and hear energy. Tina is trained in clairvoyant reading and many modalities of energy healing, but through professional training, she was disappointed in the methods many schools used to devalue everyone's natural gifts.
Tina opened The Chakra House to teach how natural and easy it is to work with energy. She believes that everyone has natural psychic gifts and can access their abilities if they realize their potential.
